The designs being decided by the quality and surface of the fabrics and materials being used. The wearer may commission a piece such as this by selecting flowers or feathers. With this decided the designer could create a quirky base for the object to be displayed on, ideal for a visit to Royal Ascot just like Isabella Blow!
